You can count on us to protect the privacy of your personal data... because protecting your privacy when we process your data is a matter of importance to MINERALplus GmbH that is taken into consideration in all of our business processes.
We would therefore like to explain to you on this page the principles we follow when dealing with personal data. You will also find this information and, where applicable, further details on the collection, processing and use of personal data wherever we request such information from you.
1. Information on the collection of personal data
1.1 We at MINERALplus GmbH attach great importance to protecting personal data. Therefore, the company named in the legal notice operates these web pages as the controller within the meaning of Art. 4 No.7 GDPR.

2. Collection of personal data when visiting our website
2.1 You can use virtually the whole of the Internet service of MINERALplus GmbH without us requiring personal data from you. Only a small number of services which you can find on our web pages require the provision of personal data in order for you to be able to use them.
2.2 When you use the Internet service of MINERALplus GmbH, technical access data is automatically recorded and evaluated by the Internet servers (web servers) of MINERALplus GmbH. However, this data cannot be allocated to a specific person; rather, the individual user remains anonymous.
Data recorded includes:

- Date and time of enquiry
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (concrete page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- Amount of data transferred
- Website from which the request originates
- Operating system and its user interface

This data is transmitted to our web servers when you access individual Internet pages through your Internet browser. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR.
We use this technical access information to continuously improve the attractiveness and usability of our Internet pages and their content and to identify possible technical issues with our Internet service.
2.3 When contacting us via a contact form, you consent to the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, name, telephone number) being stored by us in order to answer your questions. Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been processed.
2.4 Duration of storage of personal data
We will delete your personal data as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned above, unless statutory obligations to retain data preclude deletion.
